Yoga With Holli Ellis
Yoga is a love story through movement in our body. From gentle movements that marry the breath and the body to intentionally connect with the breath, yoga is a staple of self-care. Providing both groups and individual sessions, begin the journey of befriending yourself.
In 2014, Holli was in her own therapist office for a session when her beloved therapist said, “You have got to start including your body in this work [referring to healing from her own trauma]. Why don’t you try yoga?” She went home and did what most of us have the privilege of doing—taking to YouTube. There she found her beloved mentor, Adriene of Yoga with Adriene. Since then, a beautiful love story has begun.
Classes
Holli currently teaches the “Befriend Your Body” class on Wednesdays at 5:30 pm at Mindful Motion Yoga Center in Goodlettsville, TN. This class is an intentional love letter that focuses on tending to the body. Through breathe, movements and other relaxation techniques it is an invitation of ease for the body. We slow down and lovingly invite our bodies to get some release from the energies that get stuffed in our nooks and crannies.
Pricing Information
Yoga sessions are $20 for drop-ins or $15 each when you buy a four-class pack. You can also book one-on-one yoga sessions with Holli.

I have physical limitations, can I still do yoga?
Absolutely! Holli is happy to adapt the movements and techniques to make sure you’re getting the most of your session at your ability level. Make sure to communicate with Holli before, during and after the class.
What should I wear?
Wear anything you feel comfortable in that doesn’t restrict movement.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
You can bring your own equipment if you’d like. The studio also has extra mats, blocks and straps you can use during class.
