Talk therapy for individuals
Individual therapy consists of one-on-one conversations that help you move through any hindrances. Whether it is difficulty adjusting to life’s turns, depression, anxiety, addiction, or something else, individual therapy can help. Holli works on an individual basis with clients who are ready to invite their bodies into the healing space.
Talk therapy involves open and confidential conversations between the therapist and client. Holli will listen, provide support, and offer guidance to help you understand your emotions, identify patterns of thinking and behavior, and develop coping strategies and solutions.
Pricing Information
Somatic therapy sessions are $150 for a 60 minute session. We do not currently accept insurance, but are happy to send you a super bill that can be sent to your insurance for reimbursement (if supported by your insurance).
Sessions can be done in-person or virtually.
